There was a theory floating around, starting in the early 90s, that abortion heavily increased the chances of breast cancer. (Shockingly, it seems the medical community doesn’t agree.) And, of course, abortion is the modern day version of burning babies as a sacrifice to Moloch. (Which is not a Ugarit thing. Moloch is something that requires waaaaaay more research than I’m ready for, yet. It makes me reeeeally confused.)

My interpretation of this scene This part right here where Bill gives Sookie a look said everything to me. I know a lot of people hated this scene, but it really was a beautiful moment and a wonderful scene. In my opinion at least. When Bill gives Sookie the look he does, there is nothing, but misery and regret in his eyes when he looks at her. It’s almost like he thinks of everything he has done and when Sookie realizes it the way she responds is her way of saying, it doesn’t matter anymore because she forgives him. I thought the fact that they could display so much in just LOOKING at each other, says so many things about the acting styles of Stephen and Anna. To me, it was quite beautiful. 

I agree with you. Awkward. The look he gives her means something else.

I love women who are empowering not women in their 20's and are still in their adolescence stage.  I'm still praying on a miracle that SOMEHOW they will raise the bars on this.
