The degree to which each part in this poll deviates from the "average" size (20% of total) will determine how large or small that part of our horse will be (i.e a horse with only 10% in Legs will have legs half the size of the average horse).

Next we will adjust our horse's components according to the specifications.

Buck Colbert “B.C.” FRANKLIN Buck Colbert “B.C.” Franklin is known as the lawyer who won the court victory for black residents after the 1921 Tulsa Race Massacre. Franklin was born in 1879 and was named after his grandfather, who had been an enslaved African of a Chickasaw family in Oklahoma. After completing his studies, he opened up his law practice in the predominately white town of Ardmore, Oklahoma. However, the racial tension at the time was so strong, he decided to relocate to Tulsa and focus his practice on helping people in the black communities. The Greenwood District of Tulsa was one of the wealthiest enclaves of blacks in the nation, and was known as “Black Wall Street.” After the 1921 Tulsa Race Massacre that destroyed the district, he led the legal fight against the City Council of Tulsa, who had passed an ordinance keeping Tulsa’s blacks from rebuilding the neighborhoods that had been affected. Franklin filed suit against the city of Tulsa before the Oklahoma Supreme Court. His efforts were successful, and due to his actions. black residents were able to begin rebuilding their community. **Note: The “Remembering Black Wall Street” signage that I designed, at the corner of Greenwood & Archer, is a list of Greenwood businesses from 1935, 14 yrs after the Massacre and the district had rebuilt** Franklin penned his experience in an autobiography. However, he died in 1960 before the book was published. John Hope Franklin, one of his four children, went on to become a prominent historian and civil rights advocate. John Hope Franklin and his son would later finish Buck Franklin’s autobiography, “My Life and An Era: The Autobiography of Buck Colbert Franklin.“

As someone in their mid-30s who has been in fandom for 20 years, yes. I love fandom. I'm never leaving.

Story time. My first fandom was for a soap opera (thus the username, I've been using it ever since). When I started participating in the fandom 20 years ago the show had already been on air about 40 years. So there were other teenagers in the fandom, some college students not much older than me. But a lot of the fandom was people my mom's age to my grandma's age. There was one woman who was in her 70s who had been watching since day 1 and regularly came on to discuss the show.

There were people who had loved their blorbo since before I was even born. People who shipped opposite sides of a love triangle from 20 years ago and were still firmly in opposing camps. People who hated a character since they did something to their blorbo 30 years ago.

And like streaming wasn't a thing yet. This was before youtube. With a few minor exceptions there was never any official physical media for the show. At the time DVRs were still relatively new and so people could record and rip the episodes from the DVRs hard drive. Anything older than that had been recorded on VHS, saved for years in someone's collection and eventually some of that got digitized and shared in fandom. And it certainly wasn't the young fans doing all that.

I've been in a number of fandoms since then and I never plan to stop collecting blorbos to be weird about.

Christy and I chatted about FOB and doing an album exchange while I was attending a FOB concert - I know there are a lot of Swifties out there, so it's nice to also bump into another FOB and be able to do a small trade together ((if there are more Fall Out Boy fans out there, don't be shy let us know))

Christy told me that she hasn't really listened to much of the newer Fall Out Boy stuff - I knew that lot of the older fans didn't like any of FOB's post-hiatus works. SMFS was described by FOB as "[the album] sounds closer to a continuation of their 2008 record Folie à Deux", which I thought might be a good "re-introduction" into FOB's newer music. I also really really really really like this album myself lmfao.

✦ illustrations are done on Procreate, everything was typesetted on Clip Studio Paint 0/10 I do not recommend typesetting on CSP lmfao ✦ Printed on A4 folio and then cut down to 148x148 mm because I wanted the lyrics book to be square and resemble an album ✦ original album cover features a painted dog. Christy has two VERY ADORABLE puppers. The only logical approach here is to draw one of her dogs and slap it onto the cover ✦ Dog illustration + endpapers + title page + some other pages are foiled using black foil! It was my first time working with black foil. It's very subtle ✦ Backside text is done on holographic reflective HTV, to add a bit of surprise effect and make it glow like a star

There’s a short base music track looping during this chamber (Test Chamber 01) and when you press one of the 3 Aperture Science Switches for the first time, a new short track starts playing on top of that.

Unlike the most common types of dynamic/adaptive/interactive music, these secondary tracks are not synced to the base track, but to the press of the Aperture Science Switch. In other words, these are mixed by the player and are unique to each playthrough.

This music is titled Overgrowth on the soundtrack and can be found as sp_intro_02_lb1-1.wav, sp_intro_02_lx1-1.wav, sp_intro_02_lx2-1.wav and sp_intro_02_lx3-1 in the game files.
