you know if i was someone who was genuinely invested in voting as a political tactic i would personally, be trying to make pitches for the guy i think people should be voting for, that are Good, rather than just hysterically guilt-tripping random strangers on the computer about how they're letting fascism win. like all the people on this website who claim to be most invested in electoralism seem not to understand basic electoral political strategy
[looking back on 2016 with my reverse they live glasses on thwhich make me see the exacty opposite of the truth] telling people that voting for jill stein would let fascism win worked for that election, im sure itll work even more for this one!

I think the most annoying thing about really strident "vote blue no matter who" posters is that they seem incapable of understanding the difference between A Call To Action and a personal statement of frustration and disaffection
me: I just feel like, with Biden acting as a cheerleader for genocide and suppression of protests & having completely fumbled the covid response, I personally (just me) (not necessarily you) (I live in a solid blue state anyway) (this post is about my feelings on the matter) (they're not positive feelings) (yes I regularly vote in state and municipal elections) (just how I feel on the matter) (i.e. frustrated and angry) would feel sick to my stomach voting for him even as a "practical" measure. and frankly I'm not especially convinced it would make a difference either way
