$2,950,000/2 br/1700 sq ft

Los Angeles, CA

Built in 1956

“Come discover the Casa Kuderna masterpiece by Craig Ellwood. This 3 bed, 3 bath with floating guest studio located in the Hollywood Hills is an architectural art showcase and was meticulously restored by Maison D Artiste from the archives of Jim Tyler, the original architect who worked with Craig Ellwood. This living masterpiece boasting dramatic panoramic views defines the ultimate in home living. As soon as you enter, you are transported to a feeling of pure beauty. Terrazzo floors, Sub-Zero, and Wolf appliances are just a few of the many upgrades, as no expense was spared in this privately gated property. This is an opportunity of a lifetime to own part of American Mid-Century Modern history”

this is everything i've ever wanted.

These are the kittens I’m bringing home from TX! They were gonna be Mork & Mindy but we found out the grey one is a girl today, so now we’re thinking Tina (lil teeny black girl) and Louise (big grey CHONKER). What do y’all think? What should I name them?

Beans and Toast are also in the running

this is so fucking funny like if u want ur drink earlier then come earlier dumb ass

that would be the smart thing to do instead of insulting starbucks on twitter cause someone ordered a caramel frappe and u got all in ur feels about it

That’s a cheaper drink, too. ‘Hey company, you should prioritize me because I spend less money at your establishment and feel superior to customers who order what your company is most known for’ Not likely to make much headway

But you’d think first maybe they’d be like ‘hey the workers are overtaxed and there should be another worker to take the strain off and make it go faster’, first, too.

If there’s only one barista, who’s running the express line?

Surprise, asshole! It's called order from the app. Literally every starbucks has this option. You pre-order in the Starbucks app (you can even save your favorite drink to your profile, omg!), and pick it up when you arrive. (yes i know that this is probably a privileged position but i mean, look at this dumbass OP. He's clearly someone who is very impatient and likely has a credit/debit card to use on an app)
