Ouch, this meeting is so painful! Li Xiangyi’s pain and the way Shan Gudao is gloating about how he managed to deceive LXY all these years. That guy really is a piece of work!
At least Fang Duobing is there to support Li Xiangyi who has been more of a father to him than SGD ever was.
Why, drama, break my heart and smash the pieces into even tinier, sharper pieces, why don’t you? The sheer cruelty of this moment... The ‘treasure box’ revelation in EP31 was bad enough, but I’m heartbroken for Li Xiangyi here 💔

I love that scene because it’s one of those staple of k-dramas, right? The ML Protecting the FL From the Rain with his Mighty Umbrella (here, a different version with the car, obviously) but they add a little ‘twist’ of sorts with Gu-Won being actually surprised by his own reflexes, both amused and proud of his little feat, turning to Sa-Rang to get her approval, right before he is defeated himself by the car driving behind him ;) That’s such a little thing but I found it very sweet and funny.
And then you have Sa-Rang’s move with her hand on Gu-Won’s hair and, idk, but it looks so natural? (I’m so smitten with those two, they’re both *ridiculously* adorable, what can I say).
I just love that silly little moment ;)
Ok, checking whether I still know how to use this app (fingers crossed I don't kill our respective feeds, 😅) and why not use Junho's latest release to do so, namely the very awesome <Can I > single and its gorgeous MV, which I've watched... let's say a totally normal amount of times, promise. I’m posting this so that I can share a series of links that could be relevant to your interest, especially if you've fallen into The Old Guard fandom and are looking for some fic-inspiration.
This morning someone on my feed posted a link to one of my favourite videos, namely a restored and colorised short film of Paris in the late 1890s. It's amazing: the camera just rolled wherever it was put, giving you a glimpse of what the city was like at the time (you can see people looking right at the camera, too, wondering what is happening - it's both amusing and touching). It's quite fascinating for me to see those places I go to on a regular basis as they were back then...
Turns out the artist, Denis Shiryaev, has restored other videos from other cities around the world and I thought some of you might find them of interest too. I mean, obviously it's fascinating in and of itself, but I thought it could also be useful if you wanted to use the footage to get inspiration for writing a scene set, say in Tokyo, around 1913-1915. Just to give you a little 'feel' for the place and time, I guess?

I heard you fam’~ The cry for more long haired Nicky as well as more crusader times was very strong, so I had to comply.
However, over on discord kind people are throwing mad ideas at me and even though my back said no, my muses said yes so there we go- you get a two for one deal! Nicky and Joe from the crusades to now~ (n they’re still just as dirty n bloody lol)
May I also introduce you to additional goodies: Crusader time outfits inspired by the originaly AC aaaaaand Comic complient height difference! OwÓ~ first time I saw in the comics how much taller Nicky was compared to Joe I may or may not have had a mild seizure. And during that seizure a voice told me that it is now my holy mission to spread the good word n somehow make it happen with the movie actors too. I hope I succeeded :’D

It's the first thing I think about when I wake up and the last when I go to bed Most of its scenes still thrill me, even after a thousands times Its main pairing overflows with a beauty of which this world is not worthy I love this movie beyond measure and reason It's not "just any good", it's all and it's more

I still can't wrap my head around the fact that they chose to say destati instead of the currently used svegliati.
As an Italian is something so immediate to notice 'cause nobody says it nowadays and it's so so beautiful when you think about it because it shows how ANCIENT is their love and it also makes you wonder about how they've learned each other native language which is something so romantic to me.
