//Hello, I know I haven’t been RPing, but I have a good reason for that. My hands are getting worse, now they’re numb 85% of the time and weak, so i’m not able to RP anymore until after I get my surgery. I’ve already seen my Ortho Surgeon and after I get a nerve test, I will likely be getting surgery. I will be on from time to time to check up on things, but unfortunately I can’t write much anymore.

- Trapped AU; Muse A is a young monster and Muse B is a human that finds them in captivity, being experimented on. From that point on it is Muse B’s mission to free them somehow.
- Haunted Camp AU; Muse A comes to the same camp every year, seems like they’ve been there forever. Muse B is a new counselor at the camp who has heard rumors of ghosts. In reality Muse A is a child that died in the area and is stuck haunting the grounds year after year.
- Doll AU; Muse B is a collector of all kinds of things- stamps, toys, marbles- people. Muse A is their long-time favorite doll though. They have been together for so long that Muse A cannot imagine a life without Muse B dictating what they do.
- God AU; Muse A is a worshiper of an old God, Muse B. Muse B is rather tired of all the hapless fools who would do anything for them- but after meeting Muse A they decide to give interacting with a follower one more try.
- Hooker AU:Muse A is selling themself on the streets to make money- be it for personal gain, school, family, etc. Muse B is driving home from work and sees them shivering on the corner. Muse B takes Muse A home, but Muse A is taking this as a job and is not taking no for an answer.
- Pet AU; Muse A is a human-animal hybrid of some sort, and they have been Muse B’s pet all their life, living in a cage and being treated fairly well. But when Muse B takes them out one day they notice that hybrids are free creatures and that keeping them as pets is wrong. Suddenly they have the urge to escape Muse B and live free as well.
- Vampire AU; Muse A is a newly awoken vampire, changed by Muse B. New Vampires need to feed or they are hopelessly confused and weak. Muse B can either choose to help their new underling or leave the for dead.
- Voice AU; Muse A is a lonely, quiet, and depressed person. Muse B is a demon. Muse B starts talking to Muse A, giving them help and cheering them up. Muse A quickly begins to follow suit with whatever this voice wants. Muse B is simply rewriting Muse A’s mind because Muse B wants a pet and they think Muse A is the perfect one to have.
- Pharaoh AU; Muse A is a peasant and Muse B is a pharaoh who demands that Muse A marries him/her
- Magic AU; Muse A is Muse B’s apprentice, both of them are magicians/wizards/witches. Muse B is teaching Muse A because of some goal they need though, no other reason.

Ace looked up at the blue sky as he continued to sail on his Striker to the next island. He didn’t really know which island he was sailing to next, didn’t care really. It would be like any island that he travelled to before. He would have to find someone to give him a free meal, stay a bit on the island, then travel again to another island. He kind of liked this routine, not knowing where you’re going and all that; it reflected his inner self. He wasn’t sure where he would go from here. He was considered a dead man, most people didn’t even know he was alive much less out at sea sailing by himself. Only a handful of people knew he was alright and that was fine by him. Call it depression, PTSD, or whatever; he didn’t much care about what this feeling was called. The only thing he cared about was the fact that he couldn’t go back to his crew, not now; not while he felt so lost and guilty. What was worse was that the scar on chest kept burning, even after two years. It stood to remind him of what happened, what could have happened and what he did.
He sat back on his striker and sighed as he looked up at the sky. The sky was so beautiful, an endless and vast space where only those who were free roamed. Was he free too now that he was considered dead? He didn’t know. It wasn’t something that was easy to answer. In fact, he felt like it was one of the hardest questions to answer. His brother believed that by becoming Pirate King he would become the freest man alive, but he wasn’t really all that sure that’s what being a Pirate King really was about. True freedom was hard to come by in their world. Wherever someone might be, whatever they may end up doing, the odds of them truly being free were very low. Even as pirates they weren’t as free as they liked to believe they were. Did he want to be free? Free from everything and everyone? Well, not quite. He loved his crew and his little brother, he would never want to be free from them. But...going back to Marco, to everyone, it was impossible at this moment. He couldn’t face them even if he tried. After everything that happened...
Ace adjusted his shirt so that it hid his ugly scar, clenching his fists tightly, he brought his head back to rest on his pole and closed his eyes. Damn it! No matter how much he tried to forget what happened, he couldn’t. He remembered everything like it was just yesterday, visions kept replaying in his mind. Pops, his crew, Oars...Luffy. Oh god, Luffy! His little brother almost died and it was all because of him! He blamed himself so hard for everything that happened, everything that could have still happened. Why was it so hard for him to let it go? Why did he have to feel this way?! Even Marco seemed to move on from everything. Sure, there was that Payback War, but now where was he? Last he heard, he settled on Pops island and became their medic. Well, Marco was always good at healing, so that was probably for the best. But what about him? The only purpose he seemed to even have left was watch over Luffy on and off to make sure he reached his goal. Not that he minded, he was happy to do that; happy to get the chance to see his little brother reach his dream. But...what about after that? Deciding that he had enough for now, he relaxed his body and let the dark abyss of sleep take over.

He took a deep breath and looked down at the ground. “Right.” What could he say to that? While, Marco blamed himself for everything, it was actually Ace’s fault. Everything that happened and there was no way that he could ever forgive himself for everything that happened. It was exactly the reason why he couldn’t come back to face his crew. He was the cause of everything and that was hard to face. The scar on his chest and back was a painful reminder of everything that happened and he was sure that it would stay with him for the rest of his life, both the scar and the burning feeling. It was a never ending reminder. “…No, you were just doing what you thought was right. All of you are hurt, because of me. Sorry.”
Marco hit him on the head pretty hard.
“Never took you for a spoiled brat.” Marco stated at his friend. Though his face didn’t seem to show any anger or I’ll will.
Ace scowled at the other as he grabbed his head and looked up at him. “Hey, what was that for?!” How rude! He was just apologizing for everything that happened to them. It was his fault, after all. “Spoiled? How am I spoiled?!” Why didn’t he understand how he felt?! Marco shouldn’t have been blaming himself, no it was all his fault. He was the one who went after Blackbeard and got himself, granted if he hadn’t done that then Luffy would be the one caught. But still...all of it...Pops death, his crew mates deaths...that was all his fault! Why was he the only one seeing that?! “Look, I know you blame me on the inside for Pops death. I blame myself too! I did that!”

He had no intention of letting anyone find out he was actually alive until he was ready; which might not happen until Luffy reached his dream of becoming Pirate King. “I heard what happened at the Payback War…i’m really sorry I wasn’t there.”
