so, as some of you might already know, i started a dragon age kin network a little while back. around this time (or was it earlier?) an anon started sending me asks, talking about whether ot not it was racist to be kin with a character of color when you are white.  this anon seemed to know a lot about me and my partner, which made it seem like it was someone i knew or someone who’d known the both of us and although i answered with my thoughts on the subject, the anon wasn’t satisfied. when they started sending rude messages, telling me i was a hypocrite and a toxic person to my partner for having certain head stuff i realized that it was probably best to block them. 

turns out being blocked made the anon run around tumblr spreading things about me after that. i have no idea how many people have received these asks, where people are being warned not to join my network and warned about me etc. but if it wasn’t for the fact that i stumbled upon one of these anon asks myself, i probably wouldn’t have found out about it. 

the reason i have certain rules for my network is because the people in my network need to feel respected and safe, which goes for all the rules. i have done this out of respect of people of color, nothing else.
