i havent watched doctor who since i was 13 but moffat really thought he could write any romance that would hold a candle to rose......bitch davies wrote a story that spread over the course of 4 seasons full of pining and abt as close to yearning as straight people can get and one of the best regenerations of him being born purely out of his love for her......moffat came out here and really pulled a “every girl in the universe drops her panties for him because hes the most special person in the world” yada yada......get out of here you WISH you could write anything as good as “if i believe in one thing - just one thing - i believe in her”
