We had it in Southern California! I’ll admit that I’ve sung it to people who have never heard it and they think it is VERY weird.
Not anywhere I lived. Though my mother did sing to me when I was a little boy, “What do you do with a drunken sailor.”
I sang this as a kid. In Norfolk, Virginia in the mid-80’s.
We had slightly different lyrics. “Squish squish squish squish squish” in descending notes.
Confirmed for 1980s Oregon, Portland’s West Side.
1980’s Seattle had this too.
1970s rural Alaska on board.
Confirmed for N. Georgia in the late 70s and in 2015 as the (much longer) version is still popular at girl scout camps.

Yeah that one’s pretty much Universal Americana. Unsure if they have it in other countries, but it isn’t rural and it’s in every region of the US.
We had it in the Midwest, but the bee guts got wiped off on shirts, not eaten, lol.

Slight lyrical variants (eating, not licking, puking, not barfing (only sung when we were feeling particularly daring)) and there weren’t any particular movements for it as implied here, but confirmed for early-to-mid-90s in Maine.
