First Look: The Ferrari Monza SP1 and SP2
The new Ferrari Monza SP1 and SP2 have been unveiled on occasion of the company’s Capital Market’s Day at the factory in Maranello. These limited-edition special-series cars are the first in a new segment called ‘Icona’ and draw inspiration from the most evocative Ferraris of the 1950s and feature the most advanced sports car technology available today.
Aimed at dedicated clients and collectors, the Monza SP1 and SP2 reference the iconic Ferrari racing barchettas of the past, not least the 1948 166 MM, which originally inspired the name ‘barchetta’, and the 750 Monza and 860 Monza. Designed with the sole aim of winning, these uncompromising models helped build the Ferrari legend in the 1950s by delivering numerous victories in the World Sports Car Championship.
The Ferrari Monza SP1 was designed as an uncompromising single-seat road car that offers a truly unique experience behind the wheel. The second configuration, the Monza SP2, thanks to the elimination of the tonneau cover and the addition of a second protective screen and a second roll-bar, is instead a two-seater enabling the passenger to share the same driving sensations.

I'm Still #geekin' over #Mclaren's latest masterpiece, the #720S. for those of you who claim that you can't tell the difference between this car and previous models, either your eyes suck or you have no clue of what you're looking at. That said, there were similarities, lots of them with the 650s & 675LT and their trims. However, it's easy to tell them apart. #OctaneSociety
The 80s was such a special era. #Saleen #Mustangs are incredibly rare & cool cars. From '87-'89 , 1,884 were made with various trims. This one pictured is one of the 20 to 25 cars made for 1989. My personal favorite generation were the '90- '93 models #OctaneSociety

Damn it Javier (@javier_e36fanatic)..my boy brought by his friends #Hellrot '97 #BMW #M3 by my shop to use a lift to check a few things on it after he worked on it. Anyway, seeing & getting in this car brought in a rush of memories of my old '95 M3, I had a few years back. as much as I love the C5 Z06, I may hold off for a bit and save some cash & pick up another M3, especially since they are rising in value, slowly, but rising non the less. I've driven a lot of cars and good lord the E36 M3 does it for me every time.
