March is Developmental Disabilities Awareness Month! In partnership with The Arc of the United States, Menschen is now available for community screenings in local chapters of The Arc. Talk to your local chapter to bring the film to your community!

Three years ago, director Sarah R. Lotfi and producer Anastasia M. Cummings joined forces to bring a very personal story about disability in the last days of WWII. After an incredible film festival run and numerous awards Menschen continues touring the country in partnership with The Arc of the United States.

Exciting news! In a few weeks director Sarah R. Lotfi takes off for Iceland to participate in the prestigious #TransatlanticTalentLab in Iceland's RIFF | Reykjavík International Film Festival. We're pleased to announce that Menschen has been selected for the #GoldenEggCompetition and will screen during the festival the week of September 29-October 4th 2014.

Last night, Menschen's filmmakers received the Joe Schipiacasse “Do the Right Thing Award” for championing the value of life in the aftermath of the Holocaust at The Arc of the Pikes Peak Region annual awards dinner among many outstanding individuals in our community who have strived to enhance the qualify of life for individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities in our community. Director Sarah R. Lotfi and producer Anastasia M. Cummings receive commemorative awards celebrating the lasting impact of the film's message.
