Theodore - we had our fourth seizure since seeing #hamilton two days ago. It lasted about 12 minutes, which is a long time, even with #nonepilepticseizures We knew it would be a big crash after an event like #ham4ham But I don't think we expected this big. Our seizures were down to like 1 or 2 a month. So having four in one weekend is a huge jump. It was incredible seeing the show. But sitting in the front row meant the lights and sounds were painfully bright and loud. Our brain and spine were burning by intermission and we had to close our eyes during some of the second act because we were in so much pain and trying not to have a seizure during the show. We were so brainfogged that it's hard to remember the show now and we feel so sad. I hate that choosing something life-giving also means dealing with severe symptoms and a #chronicfatiguesyndrome energy crash that could last week's or months. Is the trade-off worth it? Is feeling this bad for days worth enjoying ourselves for an evening? Yes, and no. We remember our delight and how inspired we felt to take up more space. We remember the pain. We are glad we chose to go. We are frustrated at the result. Pleiades - Happy birthday to myself! Today I became 22. I was 12 years old for 18 years, until today. I am glad to grow up, I wanted to for so long. But I wanted to grow up with past Jupiter, an alter who recently integrated with Jo. But before, They were 14 and I was 12 for almost 20 years, and we were partners, best friends, co-hosts for a time. My heart broke when they integrated. Being 22 isn’t the same without Jupiter growing with me. Still, I’m so relieved I’ll never be 12 again. I’m looking forward to adulting at last. Ellory (and Pike): Sorry we haven't published our next integration video yet. It's almost ready. We meant to do it today. But we're exhausted and feeling like the world is closing in on us. As rewarding as it is, it's also so hard being vulnerable on the internet. Certain days we are not brave enough. Today we need so much more energy than we have. We feel this urgency to keep working hard every minute to repair or heal. But our crash point is real, it happens so quickly, and we can only heal it through rest. We had the stomach flu last week and spent the weekend trying to find housing resources. But now we are too fatigued and brainfogged to make sense of things and have to wait until our body can function a little better. The universe is always changing and becoming different. Maybe this hard time is remaking us. Perhaps there are forces out there working for our good. Maybe despite us having to take a moment, something better will reach our horizon. We're still here. We're still trying to untangle all the harm from all the love and understand how it can be this way? We are all so intertwined. side note : why do our thigh and butt muscles hurt so much?
