“waiiiiiittt….. and how…. how do i know it’s really your’s?“ For all he knew this sandshrew could be lying!

"Ah! Well of course it’s mine!” Takoda huffed, crossing his arms, “I know for sure that’s my wallet because I remember the binding of it tearing and showing the insides just a bit. You can even check if there’s five, no, SEVEN dollars in there!” He boasted with a smirk.

“Besides, if not that, then you can check the ID within it!”

"Ok I guess I'll check it then" Still squinting suspiciously the boy decided to inspect the wallet  'please forgive me owner from opening it' 

Yep, The wallet fitted the description perfectly, the money was there and the ID "It's you alright. Nice photo, by the way" The teen handed him the wallet finally while he scratched his cheek with his other hand "Uhh...really sorry for doubting you earlier....Hey! At least you finally have it back!”

Seeing the stranger, Beret was disappointed, he expected a lady to approach him....not another male. There goes Plan A for a fun night. "Didn't really ask you...." he muttered to himself. Being this bored, he was a bit moody tonight but he shoved those feelings aside and turned to face Ryouta completely with a fake 'friendly' smile.

"Yeah, this is my 'day off' from work and i'm just walking through the city's streets. Bummer" He chuckled "Can't believe I'm missing having a meeting or something right now"

He stared at the fox for a moment 'hmm, do i know him from somewhere though? He looks familiar?'

Pepper had been roaming around town, around the usual places they would hang out, hoping to see the bear walking by. When he finally spotted her, the boy became speechless. Everything he had planned to say, gone. The only thing he could do was call out to her awkwardly "Ah... uh... hey, Terra!"

A slight pink dusted his cheeks, the memories of the accidental confession still fresh in his mind. "Hey....yeah...uh...I- happy Valentine's Day, Terra! I got you something, I was hoping to find you and give it to you..." He pulled out a pink box of chocolates from his bag and shyly handed it to her "Don't worry, my boss helped me make them so they look actually nice...and taste" He laughed while scratching the back of his head "Uh...so yeah...."

Beret stood there, just staring down at Mango. After a few seconds he pulled of a KitKat bar from his pocket "Here. Have a nice Valentine's, little girl" As he proceeded to pat her on her head. Probably reminded him of his little sister haha
The little girl just stood there watching the chocolate and then the man who gave it to her. She was really happy, but at the same time a little bit worried. What if he did something to the chocolate, she didn’t know him so well but he couldn’t be bad…right? Mango looked up again at Beret and then started to feel bad about her thoughts. “Thank you for the kit kat” she smiled “they are my favorite”
