Hiatus update

Hi guys!

So you may have noticed that I didn't update this week, though I said I would.

I ended up actually wanting to be on vacation on my spring break. Big surprise. This semester has been so draining. I spent my time doing a little school work and running around with my friends. It was a lot of fun, but I didn't get to write any fic.

I feel really horrible about not updating, which is why I'm going to officially put Priority and HTTYDND on hiatus until June. I know that seems really far away, but it isn't for me. The next few months are my last months as a college student and they will fly by. And I really want to enjoy them without a lot of fic-related guilt.

This doesn't mean I won't post any writing for the next three months. I'm getting into a lot of new stuff nowadays and I might post one shots. Maybe I'll even write a HTTYD one shot. But I won't be updating the long fics for a while.

Sorry about this. I know it's disappointing. But I can't stand to feel like I'm letting you all down, so I figured I'd just come out and give you the absolute truth of what's going to happen.

Is it hot? Relative to what? My feet are super cold right now, is it hotter than them? As hot as the tea kettle I am about to use for Earl Grey? If it's hotter than the kettle, what length of hospitalization would you undergo if it burned you? Are we talking third degree? Are you going to do physical therapy? Or do you mean out-of-this-world hot, like as hot as the sun, which is literally out of this world? What gases are combusting at its core? How quickly would you vaporize in its presence? Have you checked to make sure you're still alive?

Hi friend! I wholly support fanfiction and sometimes when my blog here isn’t too busy plop out some personal projects on FFN, but I actually don’t read fics myself and never have. There’s great stories out there, and I’ve heard famous names passed around, but I am completely unfamiliar with them myself because I’ve never read them! In the past when I’ve gotten recommendation asks, I have asked followers to reply with their own personal favorites and/or their own works.

Last September under the tag #fanfiction suggestions (the last time someone asked for fic recs) people submitted to my blog the following titles and authors:

Also, how to train your dungeon and dragons by nneurosis. Also Priority. Both absolutely amazing modern AUs. Seriously. Go. Read.
