Let's get one thing straight about #FreeKesha
It isn’t the duty of women to speak out about rape. It is the duty of men in the music industry to speak out about rape.
No one is posting here about the male rappers or singers or (better yet) producers who are eerily silent about Kesha. You only want to pin it on the women because you only want to tear women down, expose them to things that might endanger their safety or their careers, but not hold their male counterparts to the same standard.
Where are the men? Where are the male producers speaking out? Ask that before you ask where Beyoncé or Nicki is at. Because women have been talking and shouting and screaming about rape for centuries and you haven’t heard us. You trying to sit there tearing women down for “bad feminism” without casting one single glance to the men who could actually change this system.
It’s YOUR job to speak up for Kesha, men. it’s your job now. Where are the men?

Demi is being so problematic right now. She complains and sub-shades Taylor about not “speaking out” about Kesha, and the moment Taylor donates $250,000 (to which Kesha’s mum is actually proud and happy about, as it goes towards assisting Kesha in her time of need and breaking her Sony contract) and here Demi is, telling Taylor to do something else “then I’ll be impressed”. No. Just no. We are NOT trying to IMPRESS YOU. We are trying to HELP Kesha. Stop turning the situation into something else, particularly about your sorry ass self. It’s about Kesha, not about fucking impressing you or the world.
no offence but using kesha’s suffering as an excuse to pick on taylor swift or katy perry or beyonce or meghan trainor whatever celeb you don’t personally favour ATM is both completely useless to her cause and selfish as hell for you to try and use a really fucked up event as ammunition for your own petty dislikes. for gods sake cant you even wait a week or so before you start making this all about yourselves
also i cant help but notice that not one person has picked on any of the “male feminist” celebs for not supporting kesha so yeah you fuckers are transparent as hell btw
i physically and emotionally can’t take anyone’s shit anymore
