At one point he says, “it is so secular. there is nothing sacred about an institution of church.” and then talks about “there was a moment where the embodiment of god was on the cross and was an atheist even if just for a moment” “… the idea, not saying I believe in it but the idea, that God could come down to earth and say ‘oh no. I’ve got it wrong.’ The idea is incredible.” and I can’t tell anyone how incredible that is to realize.
