[!] Semi-Hiatus

Starting 2024, and for an indefinite time, this account will go into semi-hiatus, meaning only top priority news will be posted ASAP (new anime/manga/movies, episodes/chapters with concrete release dates, etc.). Less urgent information (new merch release, minor mangaka updates, etc) will be addressed depending on availability, or not at all.

Zone Definition scans will halt more recent material to try and address the current backlog. ROP scanlation will follow same dynamic as before. Both are to be worked on when possible.

I've been waiting for further information, but at this time, it remains the same, so:

On a blog post from 26/Mar/2024, it is announced the expo was cancelled, though no specific reason was provided. A hope for it to be held in the future is expressed, so it doesn't feel like the whole idea was completely scrapped.

Hm, did you by any chance send this by mistake? (as in, Toriyama Akira's work is not contemplated in this blog, so I'm a lil' confused)

In any case, yes, his passing is a great loss to all the people he inspired through his work. Personally, I never read any of his manga, watch anime based on his work, nor played the games he provided character design for, but the fact I know he was present in so many mediums in such different ways just goes to show how versatile and innovative Toriyama was.
