Ordinary love
It was a warm april day. The sun was up on the blue sky, the nature all around was green with with tons of colourful flowers. It was April but it felt like summer.
Rae and Finn were on the bench by the river. He was lying with his head on her knees and she was sitting and playing with his hair. Birds were tweeting, the wind was lightly humming, the water was dizzling. It was so peaceful he was almost falling asleep.
‘I hate it’ said Rae making Finn look at her. He watched her for a moment but she didn’t look disturbed. He knew she wanted to tell him something but instead of doing it she wanted to get his attention first. He closed his eyes again and waited because the one thing he knew for sure was that she wouldn’t leave the subject.
Rae sighed heavily and looked at Finn trying to make him speak only by the power of mind will. Unfortunately it was a fail, like always.
'I said I hate it’ she tried once again making Finn laugh. She pouted and he kissed her. He so loved all her faces.
'What do you hate?’ He asked but with a smile on his face.
'This’ she said like it was obvious showing him the surrounding. He looked around but couldn’t a see anything annoying.
'I give up, what is THIS that you hate?’
'This place, you and me here, it’s so calm. I can feel nothing but the pure joy and happiness’ now she got him intrigued.
'I don’t get it, why would you hate a good thing?’
'because it’s so lovely I’d want to keep that memory forever but I’ve learnt we keep forgetting time like this’
Rae was right, he knew they had had many good experiences but he couldn’t remember a big part of it, they were too long with each other to remember every minute, every feel. It was slipping away from their memories and she was right, it was awful.
They were silent for a few minutes.
'Maybe we should start writing it down?’ Finn asked. Rae had had her diary once so it shouldn’t be any problem for her.
'You mean a diary? I tried, many times, and it never worked’ she sighed.
'well, maybe you tried to write too much? Like, you tried to describe everything?’
'Maybe’ she admitted.
'But what if we started something like a dairy but it would be more like a place for our feelings toward each other? I mean instead of describing this situation I would write only that we were lying by the river and I loved your fingers in my hair. It made me peaceful yet it was so electric and my head so close to your clit was full of dirty thoughts’.
She blushed at his words. 'really?’ She asked.
'yeah, really, believe me’ He reassured.
'well alright, we could try that’ she smiled 'but now let’s go back home, I want you to show me these thoughts of yours’
He laughed standing up. Standing up not only on his legs, if you know what I mean ;)
—————- So hello to all of you, girls! I want to start a new fic-project. I’m going to write a series of really short drabbles, some of them will have only a few sentences because every drabble will be one entry of Finn or Rae about their ordinary love. I wanna write it because I think many of us don’t appreciate small things in our life, we want big adventures forgetting the biggest adventure is our life, right?
As much as I love Dawny @bitchy-broken for betareading my stuff this series won’t be beta readed. Sorry to all of you who hate an 'unbetareaded’ writing.
