[[Killing Time]] - Closed for Inigo
Today, was really not his day. Of course, as far as the brunette was concerned, no day was ever really his day... With nearly every step outside of the safely of his apartment like a step onto a minefield of potential fatalities it was a wonder he hadn’t suffered a heart attack. Making his way through the crowded streets of the city, Yarne kept his head down, dark eyes focused on the sidewalk in front of him. Despite his large build and his towering height, he was like a rabbit, twitching at every sound and every flash in his peripheral with the precision of an animal that lurked at the bottom of the food chain. Already that morning the veterinary student had nearly taken a tumble that would surely have ended in a trip to the hospital… At least that is what he told himself; in reality he’d merely lost his footing on the carpet in the lobby of his building and stumbled a little as he tried to reclaim it. But that three seconds of uncertainty still had his heart pounding.
Shifting the bag on his back, he knew he still had time to kill before classes; he never left his place any later than two hours early to give himself plenty of time to deal with anything that might put a damper on his speed. Letting his gaze lift finally from the sidewalk, they fell on a shop not too far up the road with an all too familiar name. It was a café he’d been too more times than he could count, considering he knew one of the employees and preferred to kill time there than alone on campus, strangers weren't exactly his forte. Letting a small tug of a smile find his lips he headed there, hoping Inigo was working that morning.
Stepping inside the café he lowered his head slightly, his nearly 6’6 frame not exactly the easiest in smaller frames. Catching sight of Inigo’s familiar face at the counter he let out a relieved sigh, making a beeline through the mostly empty establishment, giving him a sheepish look when he got there. “H-Hey, mind if I hang out here for a bit? I’m early again…” He explained, running a hand through his shaggy hair.
