so fucking unhappy these days. probably the worst I've felt since i started treating the pcos

one of those very very dear friends that you rarely get to see anymore and you need so desperately to tell them about some of your shit but when you see them you don't want to spoil the time you have so you feel the distance getting bigger and the shit builds up and gets harder to raise and you've only spent a handful of hours together in two years and you know they do love you but it just hurts to think about them so so you mope and cry about them instead of reaching out -- do you guys have one of those too?
