Sometime this morning (I believe maybe afternoon China / Korea time) Jessica’s Chinese fanbar (JSYBar) fund collection (their Taobao store) was repeatedly reported as being “spam.” Intentionally. The account was frozen, as well as all of the assets, and will not be released for another 15 days. This means, essentially, that the money fans donated to help JSYBar buy albums for Jessica’s solo debut, has been frozen and won’t be able available to use to purchase albums. Keep in mind that this was all money donated by fans. Not by the bar itself, but by actual fans. This only impacts the purchase of about 400 albums, while the other funds for the 20k-50k albums is still safe. Regardless, it’s not only sabotaging Jessica’s solo, but deliberately hurting all of the fans that donated money and purchased through the fund collection. 

So yes, I’d consider this sabotage. No matter how big of a scale or small of a scale, intentionally reporting the fund collection with the intention of having it suspended and the assets frozen, right before Jessica’s solo debut counts as sabotage in my book.
