I’ll translate “Starry Sky Kaleidoscope,” but I’m extremely busy this and next week. I worked on a summary to answer this but I went overboard and it turned into a really long analysis essay (〃´ﾉω`〃). So, I’ll put it under a read more. Please read it if you are interested.

I analyzed it part by part, so please read it like a story. I tried to keep my own assumptions/speculations (without proof from the lyrics) out of the analysis or inside brackets, [like this]. Also, this analysis is not perfect, so I apologize in advance if you disagree with any parts of it.

Like the lyrics, but this time it mentions murder and suicide, please view with discretion.

I think Tenbatsu is about a person who has committed a crime (killed someone), thus the title “Tenbatsu” or “Divine Punishment,” when he [used “he” because soraru is the singer] was a child, who didn’t know anything about the world.

There were a lot of speculations about who did it and the public treated it like a show. The narrator doesn’t know “who was named” as the suspect in the end, but everyone called the crime an act of love (“called it love in its entirety”/その全部を愛と呼ぶ).The narrator doesn’t understand why he is being paranoid (“checking the crumbling foothold”/崩れた足場を確かめて) and where he is going by hiding his name (“hide your (my)* name”/自分の名前すら隠して). He wants to go back and saw a dream of returning back in the time to the days with the person he refers to as “you,” but, like every dream, it ended. Here, it suggests the victim is most likely the person referred to as “you.” [I’m going to refer to them as “you” since I’m not sure if they are friends, lovers, etc]The flowers part most likely symbolizes the narrator and “you”’s relationship, with the blue flower being the narrator and the red flower as “you.”

The part that starts with “Clap your hands if you agree” basically suggests that “you” tried to face and reason with the narrator (“facing the blade”/刃向う), but the narrator didn’t listen and told “you” to go away (”get lost already”/どこか行け).The narrator had pretended to like this world, but he actually hated it (”trash-like every day like this”/ こんなゴミのような毎日, “I hate it   I only pretended to like it“/嫌いだよ   好きなフリしただけ). 

The above suggest that the narrator might be throwing away his own He believes that he [and maybe even everyone] is a replacement for someone else and he tried ended his own life since the future awaiting him wasn’t the one that he had admired.

The stanza that started with “With a similar face as me, you wore a costume” suggest how the narrator and “you” had dressed up [most likely as heroes] and pretended to be acting for justice. Whatever happened, the narrator despised it and believes everyone, somehow or another, helped him in the crime or caused him to murder someone  (“everyone is an accomplice”/みんな共犯者だぞ), but he narrator isn’t going to run away anymore.

“Surely, it was too colorful
 to be inside a dream forever” probably means that he was going to end this “dream”. He rather stay as a child forever than be an adult. [How you interpret that depends on you ( ´ ▽ ` )ﾉ ] The narrator stopped dancing [like a marionette] and he properly faced himself [as a killer]. The applause had stopped and the ‘show’ was over.ほら それでも愛せるの?See, even so, would you still love me?

Ahhhhh I’m sorry, that was a typo (,,꒪꒫꒪,,) (I’ve already fixed it in the original post) but Teller storyteller is really nice song, so I wish Mafumafu had covered it!
