we weren’t exactly together you and i, but we loved from a distance and it never died down. picking my self off the ground is the hardest when you weren’t around. now i can feel you fluttering like the leaves in the fall. i’m grateful for the music cause your voice lingers around. our last relationship was something else and i won’t get descriptive, just know what we had for each other was addictive. every chance i got while in your presence i’d stare at you in a daze under lights which were fluorescent. i used to wake up next to you thinking life is a fucking blessing- because it was when you were here love. when i hear you i get goosebumps, i’m stuck skipping meals and the sleep isn’t even real. i know you’re happier now, i just wish i could see your damn smile. i keep thinking and i can’t figure it out. please, my sweetest friend stay with me in spirit ‘til i can see you again. stay with me, please my dear, stay with me in spirit ‘til i disappear.
