End of the line, brother

I thought it was about time I write a little goodbye post. Since,,,, I’ve basically ghosted myself on here. The truth of it is this environment just isn’t a happy place for me and hasn’t been for quite some time. After stepping away from tumblr for several months, I noticed a big change in my mood. I feel like I can just enjoy things (especially spn) for what they are all on my own without feeling obligated to blog about it or keep up with it to such an obsessive extent. I can form my own opinions and not feel so affected by what I see on the internet. 

There was a time when being on tumblr was the most helpful thing for me. But the time has come now that being away from it is actually way more helpful at this point in my life. I’ve made some really amazing and lasting friendships here, and I’ll always be grateful for everything I’ve gained here. I discovered something I loved here and now have a job in that field. 

I don’t plan on deleting any of my blogs. I think I’ll just leave them here, because I don’t think I have the heart to permanently delete something I worked so hard on. I’ve seen a lot of lovely messages that I haven’t responded to, but know that I appreciate them very much.
