Newt was pretty sure as far as ’officially’ existing since being employed by Hannibal most of his records had mysteriously gone missing from any government system.
Saying that he still made sure to get himself something nice on his birthday, even if he did sometimes forget when that was and end up buying himself something several months down the line.
