Just your average, adorkably kooky fangirl posting some wibbly-wobbly, timey-wimey stuff. Hope you enjoy:)

I find it so hilarious that Alec Hardy is played by David Tennant, universally considered to be one of the sexiest actors alive and adored by thousands of fangirls, yet in-universe, Hardy is seen as absolutely undesirable. He gets rejected at every turn. He’s a sad cuckolded divorcee who spectacularly fucks up every encounter he has with the opposite sex. He propositions one woman and she laughs in his face. The girl he likes scoffs, “I wouldn’t! Have you seen him? God!” He’s a flaming trainwreck in the romance department; meanwhile fangirls across the globe are screaming in distress at their television screens like ‘WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU. HE HAS THE FACE OF DAVID TENNANT. WHYYYYYY’

Poor Lizo.  He’s trying to wrap up his excellent Waters of Mars premiere interview with David Tennant and Russell T. Davies by saying a few words to the camera.

…but just look at those two 2 goofballs behind him.

I always wondered if the cameraman managed to keep a straight face while David and Russell were acting like naughty little children.  ʘ‿ʘ

Reasons Alec Hardy is the most relatable character:

  • sighs a lot
  • always wears black
  • gets dizzy and nearly collapses if he stands up too fast
  • really angry + cries a lot
  • groans to communicate his feelings
  • fighting a losing battle with his hair
  • only 1 friend
  • gets really fussy and protective of his 1 friend. nags her about not eating enough when he’s literally dying
  • super dramatic. always so dramatic. goes on top of cliffs at sunset for no apparent reason than to be dramatic.
  • hates everything, including people, sand, and sky
  • seems scary and cold. actually just really wants a hug.
  • has a heart attack flirting with the girl he likes
  • makes this face when invited to parties:
