Goodbye, daisies 🌼

I am sad to announce this, but I am leaving tumblr. I will leave my blog up for the time being, and will still be online for a few days to answer asks (especially with my mutuals) but after that, I'm going on an indefinite break. I'm not sure if I will end up deleting this blog, returning to it, or making a new blog. Thank your for the nearly two years of support and friendship here. I have really loved every minute of being a part of our little community here on tumblr. A lot is changing in my life currently, and I need time to focus on it and on myself. I have been considering this for a long time, and have decided that at this point it's best for me. I appreciate your support, good vibes, thoughts, and prayers! how to turn a bad day to magic (using glitter)

step 1: go outside (optional, red lipstick)

step 2: find magic glitter egg (only glitter chickens lay these, very rare)

step 3: smile and prepare (don’t allow your phone to fall from a hanging flower basket like one person I know)

step 4: smash egg upon head (I hit very hard, and thus the face. it should work with a more gentle approach.)

step five: magic begins

step 6: magic in your hair

step 7: magic on your hands 

step 8: magic is in the air

I’m kinda thinking I’m going to take a break from tumblr. I’m not sure yet but I leave for college in about a month and there’s a lot of stuff I need to get together. I spend a lot of time on here.

Plus, honestly, I kind of just don’t feel like I’m much a part of it anymore or that I do much with my blog. I need a break but I dunno if I would come back. I've also been thinking of deleting + remaking.

I’m still not sure yet but I’m kinda leaning towards it.

Actually both cardio and strength training offer a separate set of benefits important to an overall model of health.

It’s not one or the other, it’s both. It’s not cardio vs weights, it’s cardio PLUS weights.

You may not think squatting or benching is important to your health, but strength training regulates your blood sugar, your blood pressure, strengthening your bones, reducing your risk of osteoporosis and makes your immune system stronger. It’s protecting your joints, strengthening your muscles, regulate your hormones and it plays a huge role in disease prevention.

Learn more about the benefits of strength training rather than trying to push cardio as the end all be all exercise for health.
