My landlady is sending eviction texts to my family members that don’t live with me since my phone is off with no service. My rent isn’t even considered late until today. She’s crazy. I am still trying to get the rest I need to pay it. I’m short like $500 which is why I was taking orders for beadwork. If anyone can please help I’d appreciate it. As usual there is no assistance in my area and I have no family to help me because they can’t. I’m just trying to get through to next month. Pretty desperate. Still needing help. Tried talking to her but she got sarcastic and then I had to pull out what the law states and how I have 10 business days before she can file and well she’s going to find out herself I guess but she’ll still take a payment to stop it all. If I could afford a lawyer I could sue her because I don’t have to pay her until she repairs all the stuff she is supposed to. But that’s a fight I’ve been having since me and my kids moved in.

Please help if you can. I’m also still taking beadwork orders. I get to check messages every few hours when I have access to Wi-Fi.
