Oh! I know this one! This is Fizzy Fox Soda, a furry-run soda truck based in Lexington, Kentucky. They have a fun little program of free soda if you come to their truck in suit! Sometimes, furries that are local to him will jokingly "pay" with something unconventional, like a fox plushie thrown into the owner's face, or a "boykisser" patch.
