i'm Rafe

im not as active here as i once was but i still try to log on a couple of times a month

my pronouns are She/Her (tho i don't care about They/Them)

im a minor -> +18 pls don't interact // (interact = dm)

i'm also brazilian (not sure why this is relevant in any way whatsoever but.......)

this was supposed to be a more "osemanverse-focused" blog but i'm not even half as obsessed with it as i was when i created it so i mostly reblog memes and other stuff from my mutuals nowadays

I'm in a couple of fandoms, tho i don't really post about most of them

if i reblog fandom stuff it's mostly about the Osemanverse, The Owl House, Good Omens or Our Flag Means Death (also maybe Doctor Who?? im just like in the fourth season of new who but.... maybe?)

i don't mind about chain asks, just keep in mind that i don't always answer them immediately and a lot of them end up forgotten in my drafts,

nothing personal, i just need some time to think who to tag most of the time and so sometimes it gets left in there!

being surprised as a white person that black people and our art and culture could trend on tumblr just says something about you more than anything else. affectionately calling this a white website as a white person means you’re just evil actually. and way too comfortable, sooo damn comfortable in 1) admitting you follow no black people at all and 2) furthering not only whiteness but just a lack of blackness as the norm on tumblr when black people are not only here but here in spite of the antiblackness of the website staff and the website users

One time I was explaining to my dad how unfair it is that every big city has at least a couple gay bars but there are only like 20ish lesbian bars left in the country and he responded with "That's cause gay men have a good party culture. Lesbians don't have time to party, they're too busy debating the sociological implications of things and studying for postgrad degrees" and as much as I wanted to tell him he was out of line for that, as a lesbian who spends all her free time on Tumblr debating sociological implications and messaging other lesbians in discord servers where everyone has a PhD or masters for some reason I felt like I might not be the best person to make that argument
