Hey, no problem there’s no shame in asking! 😊 It determines whether or not this item can be used on randomized Sims in CAS or generated townies. I personally like to enable my content for random since it’s pretty much Maxis match and can be worn with other EA items. You can toggle this setting on/off in Sims 4 Studio by the way!
