RMMV Tileset: Fantasy Tiles - Elves

Hello everyone, it’s been a while and I’m sorry about that. I had a rough start into the year, which sucked a lot of my energy, but I feel like I’m slowly recovering now. =3

I have news that miiiight be interesting to some of you, as I created a small tileset for RPG Maker MV, which’s theme is inspired by elves!

So if you’re sick of all those generic medieval looking towns, this might be for you! => https://plueschkatze.itch.io/ft-elves

Feel free to check the itch.io => https://plueschkatze.itch.io/ft-elves <= for more informations on the tileset. It’s a paid pack though, the price is 12.99$. If it does well, it would allow for me to create more resources of this kind, like a follow up Orcs/Goblin/Gnoll/Monster inspired set and Dwarves, etc. And hopefully also a couple tiny free updates to this one, like extra furniture. We’ll see! X3

I wish everyone a lovely weekend!

♥ ♡ ♥ ♡ ♥ ♡ ♥ ♡ ♥ ♡ ♥ ♡ ♥ ♡ ♥ ♡ ♥ ♡ ♥ ♡ ♥ Overview:  A short jam about sharing the love of both space and bunnies. The jam is two weeks long and deals with you having to create a game base around space and bunnies. The reason this jam was created so it can give a little push to anyone who wants to create a short game in a short time and have a theme to follow.

You are allowed to use any engine you wish and you are allow to work alone or in teams.

Rules:

  • No NSFW/Hate Speech/ Animal Cruelty- Please don’t use and promote any animal cruelty, racism, sexism, transphobia, anything that spreads hate. Though you are allowed to make a game that covers heavy topics, just makes sure it isn’t a game that is made to hate someone.
  • Be respectful to all participants and contributors- Treat everyone with respect, since we are all here to have fun.
  • Make sure you have fun- Make sure you take breaks and take care of yourself, this isn’t a race. This jam is meant to be relaxing and to have fun.

Additional Details: Part of the theme of this jam is that your game must contain a bunny, though it doesn’t just have to be animals. Bunnies can be plush animals, toys, more human like, personifications, robots, ect. Though it has to show that in design it’s a bunny/rabbit. Also you game at minimum should have one rabbit/bunny base character or thing in the game that is part of the game.

♥ ♡ ♥ ♡ ♥ ♡ ♥ ♡ ♥ ♡ ♥ ♡ ♥ ♡ ♥ ♡ ♥ ♡ ♥ ♡ ♥

Hey everyone, I’m hosting a jam! This jam is just 2 weeks long, the jam starts on the 2nd of February and ends on the 16th of February. I started this jam since I really couldn’t find a jam to help me make a short game so then I thought it might be cool and helpful if I host a little jam about making a game dealing with space and bunnies.

If you guys have any questions feel free to to say them on the community page of message me here or on twitter @ choko_Games

You can see the jam here: https://itch.io/jam/space-bunny-jam

Thankfully, you have your new friends Jay and Sarcastic Ghost- Jay is a ghost about your age, and still a very new arrival to the hospital, and Sarcastic Ghost…well, he’s an amorphous blob of a ghost, who talks a lot despite not having a mouth. The world of Soma is a land divided into two similar, but distinct versions of one another. At certain locations, you will be able to travel back and forth between the World of Joy and the World of Sorrow and find different inhabitants, monsters, and clues on how to proceed. How you decide to help the people you meet along your journey will determine which of the game’s five outcomes Heart and Soul will find themselves in. Play the game here! Check out the extended version here! We look forward to many more exciting interviews and new projects in the year to come!

Such an honor to be featured alongside all these amazing games and devs :)

Project Edel - Update #5

Hello everyone! <3

Another week has gone by, so here’s a shot update on the game.

This week was super hectic, as my rl decided to be a meanie. Because of that the development of Project Edel will slow down for a bit, as I’ve other things to take care of, but I hope I can get back to this with full power soon! In the meantime, here’s another screenshot:

It’s nothing special, only a part of the graveyard area (obviously!).

I hope everyone is doing well, take care everyone!

- Plue PS: I’m still open for commissions, so if anyone is interested.

Commissions

I’m currently looking for a bit of work, as RL has been a meanie. D: They can be both, rpgm/gamedev related or just generell fanart/OC commissions!

Starting points for prices: Character Busts: 25€+ CGs/Promo Art/Titlescreen Art/Illustraions: 30€+

I also offer parallax mapping for RPGMMV, Logos, and more.

HIGH RES IMAGES CAN BE FOUND HERE. (Imgur)

Payment via paypal invoice only. NSFW commssions are OK, as long as they are on the soft-core end of the spectrum. Send a pm/dm or get in touch via twitter. Thank you.

Hello there! I use RPGMaker MV to make my games, and I use parallax mapping for my maps, aswell as a mixture of custom art and usage of DLC and RTP ressources for the graphics.

You’re welcome!- Plue

Project Edel - Update #4

Saturday means time for another update! WOHO! <3 Update #4! Project Edel has been in development for a month now. And it finally has a name, which I'll reveal soon-ish. Here's the weekly screenshot!

It's showcasing a part of one of the maps I've been working on this week. EDIT: I’m still somewhat at war with tumblr, as it’s not letting me post images which are actually enlargeable... so here’s an imgur gallery link! As I like to somewhat keep track of my progress and see how much I archived, here's a little overview. In the past month I got done: >20 parallax maps so far. >4 finished CGs + 1 sketched >5 character portraits are almost done  (some lack emotions or shading) >Around 15 Minutes of gameplay is evented. >The rough story layout/idea is done. >I still miss a looot of writing/polishing ideas. >Did the logo. >A lot of smaller stuff like searching royality free music, selecting and recording se, setting plugins up, etc. Overall I'm pretty happy with the progress so far. If you wanna support me, aside from sharing the word about the project on social media or with friends, you can also do it by purchasing Ceress and Orea on either Steam or itch.io, or purchasing the Spirits of Nature set, through the rpgmweb store or steam. Or via ko-fi. Thank you very much for following the development! And have a looovely weekend. - Plue

Update Time!

Hello everyone! <3 I hope all of you had a lovely past week. And I wish all of you a great and amazing start into 2019.

This past week, as one might guess, has been a bit slow for dev progress of Project Edel. Which still needs a proper name. I worked on some riddles, a character portrait and fitting sprite, polished some events a bit more and did a CG sketch. So overall still a good week considering I spend a bit of time with the family and even took a day off. :3 I originally planned to be much farther into development after 4 weeks, but the project grew a little bit so that's fine. I think it does profit from the extra content. It's still planned to be a short game though. Here's another screenshot:

I hope 2019 will be a good year. I  kinda want to write down a gamedev resolution list for 2019, so I might do that now. - Release 'Project Edel' - Release 2-3 Game total, maybe test out a new market~ (ecchi~game~ anyone? ;3) - Work on being a successful (meaning: being able to pay your bills! So I'm not talking getting ritch etc...) gamedev. - procrastinate less - stick with projects, as I started and abandoned too many this year, though it is part of the development progress to test ideas, I kinda lost much time through that... lemme talk about that... Here's my art summary:

Jan-March was dedicated to the dev of Ceress and Orea. April-Oct I spend with coming up with new projects but didn't stick to most of them for one reason or another. Nov was IGMC. In december I started Project Edel. I could easily have done another game from april to october, which is basically 6 months. I want to stay away from that in 2019 and just release games. I also want to struggle less with self-doubt and perfectionism, as stuff like that keeps getting in the way.... It's hard to overcome the "this isn't good enough" part. I see gamedevs doing financially better than me because they just put out stuff, which doesn't mean I want to put quantity above quality, not at all, I just want to FINISH projects, even if I feel a bit doubt! ;3 So... Take care everyone and have a wonderful new year! :3 And thanks for all the support this year! You people are AMAZING. <3

Happy Holidays And News!

HAPPPY HOLIDAYS EVERYONE! I hope you’re having a wonderful time.

I created a small pack of animated goodies for RPG Maker MV and released it over at itchio. It’s made with @YanflyEngine ’s amazing doodad plugin in mind, so show him some love!

It’s only 1.99$, for 43 files and 7 different animation types (water drops, fireflies, dust, candle flame and light, steam/smoke and falling leaves!)

A little reminder/bump. :3 I hope everyone had a couple of lovely days.

I have a question if there a demo for Project Edel ???

Avatar

Hello! Thanks for your interest! :3

No, there isn’t a demo for Project Edel, it’s still early in development, and I don’t plan for one. It’ll be a commercial release and available through steam and itch.io once it’s done. Currently I plan for a price below 5$ (most likely 3.99$/€).

Update Time!

Hello everyone! Weekly update incoming! :3

I’m almost three weeks into development now. (Day 20 today!)

And I'm pretty happy with my progress so far, though it could be even better~! I need to work more on my time management skills. Ha ha ha. Sigh. This week I worked on three CGs, 4-5 maps, a few event sprites, sound effects, randomizing some item spawns, window style, etc. This game will have more CGs than any of my other projects before.

Here's a preview for one of the CGs:

Aswell as two new screenshots:

I hope everyone is doing well and will have an amazing start into 2019!

Ceress and Orea - Winter Sale

Ceress and Orea is currently on sale, during Steam’s Winter Sale! It’s -50% and therefor only 0.99$/€! If you’d love an atmospheric hour wandering through a cavern and some yuri/girlxgirl thematic, than this one might be for you! And if you’re here for my new rpgm horror game, currently titled Project Edel, you can give me some financial support by purchasing Ceress and Orea anyway, so I can take a bit more time on Project Edel. <3 ;3

Thanks everyone!
