Hello, it's me, remember me? So, I have been recovering (more like suffering) from tendonitis for the past 6 months and I'm finally starting to feel better! I thought it would be fun to redraw the piece I draw almost exactly a year ago, when I had also recovered from tendonitis, haha. You can see the old piece under the cut :)

May I introduce you to my new precious children, Riley (left) and Jackson (right)? They are the main characters of a graphic novel I'm working on called "Heart Pangs & Aching Fangs", where Riley gets turned into a vampire against his will, and his former childhood friend tries to help him adjust. I still have a lot to work out, but I just couldn't resist drawing them together! Also, this isn't meant to be an actual cover or anything, this was just for fun :)

Also, have some character sheets, because they're fun!

Surrender Your Sons by Adam Sass

I love redrawing old art and recently got reminded of some very old fanarts I drew for this book(you can see them under the cut). The book is still very near and dear to my heart. It was one of the first arcs I had ever gotten and I read it on summer vacation (which always automatically makes books better)! And I also feel like barely anyone knows about this book, so here's an explicit recommendation: If you like action-packed YA thrillers that hit you right in the feels, please pick this up!

I had a ton of fun trying to execute the idea I had for this fanart with a lot more skill and I hope you like it too!

Hey all, thanks so much for liking my other post with all my Dazzling chibis :> Here are some newer ones. You can get them in the monthly subscription for Dazzling Bookish Shop, and sometimes with their special editions.

Also, bonus chibis! I did these Cemetery Boys and The Sunbearer Trials charm designs for Aiden Thomas' shop "Graveyard Goods" and you can still get them HERE if you're interested!

In order, the books are: Hell Followed With Us, The Raven Cycle, Boyfriend Material, Icarus (by K. Ancrum), Hani and Ishu's Guide to Fake Dating, Cemetery Boys, The Sunbearer Trials ♥

I'm back, baby!!

So you guys may or may not know that I have been dealing with a really bad case of tendinitis since September of last year, which has prevented me from drawing for the past couple of months. This has been weighing on me very heavily, because drawing has always been my happy place. I've also had to back out of some really cool projects, which is unfortunate, but not the end of the world, obviously.

My recovery has been an incredibly long process, with some ups and many many downs. Trust me when I say, tendinitis is an absolute nightmare to deal with. To all of my fellow artists: Do your wrist stretches! I am being very serious, doing my wrist exercises regularly and massaging my lower arm has been helping SO much lately.

So I've slowly gotten back into drawing over the past few days (taking lots of breaks and doing stretches regularly) and I can't express to you how good it felt drawing this piece, so I hope you like it too! I'm looking forward to bring you lots of new art this year! (And I really hope I won't be eating my words in a couple of days, because I've had some false starts before, but I'm actually really positive this time!)

Also, this is actualy a redraw of a drawing I've been doing every year since 2014 (except for 2017) and you can see the other ones under the cut!
