Typically, it's kind of against my control what I get really invested in? Obviously no one's MAKING me obsessed with COTL and drawing a completely illustrated 10 page comic for it, but I definitely have a lot of trouble getting really invested or even THINKING about anything else that scratches the same itch as COTL does. The closest things I can think of that I also really love right now are Faith: The Unholy Trinity, and Dungeon Meshi

I hope the pacing didn't get too bad towards the end, I'm just happy that I finally finished this! All parts together took me around 50 hours and even though it sounds exhausting, I had lots of fun making this!!

The female goat herders of Hadhramaut, Yemen

Goat herding is traditionally done by females in Eastern Yemen. The women cover all their skin from the heat and sun, protecting themselves from dehydration and skin damage, the socks and gloves keep their hands and feet soft despite the unforgiving desert sun. The hat (made from dried palm leaves) besides being a drip by itself serves an important role, it insulates air on top of their head thus keeping it cool, besides providing the obvious shade. The layered clothing also helps with the desert changing mood, where it can shift from hot days to cold nights.
