After saving Ania from the nightmare ordeal from mind control and torments from Hunter, Jadis was able to reunite with Ania. though but that reunion was brief as Jadis grew aware that Ania and Marr are romantically involved to the point she kept her distance without coming between or to interfere them.

It was a complicated situation no matter what she was told... Jadis still pins for Ania and it hurts her so much to watch from afar because she planned a life and to propose a marriage with her before the reigns of Eagle's terror network took place.

Marr noticed this and pushed Jadis to reach out to Ania. Jadis brush this off, insisting that Ania needs Marr more than her like 'I blew my chances with her', believing Ania had moved on.

It took for Marr to reassure Jadis that Ania had never stopped loving her, the same way Marr still cares about her for long.
