what an excellent question thank you for asking!!!!! bc this is a scenario i have mulled over a few times and think ultimately dante would decide he could protect me and possibly talk sense into his brother if he shows up. so he’s very torn about it but knows keeping me close would be the best bait. then once vergil pops up he can give him the “are you serious????”

if it came down to it I would encourage him to choose his brother over me every time. you only get one brother, you can find a me in every glitter aisle at every craft store. he would disagree with this though and would struggle to reconcile all of it but would see me as an innocent he brought into a bad situation and would do what he must to keep me safe imo

don’t perceive me but my s/i’s magic in dmc isn’t straight forward healing magic it’s enhancing and strengthening magic and is best consumed either via potion or a meal I’ve cooked and imbued with it so im always having everyone over for dinner to subtly strengthen them without them realizing it lmaoooooooo

so anyway if dante and i have been a part for a bit it’s healing in many ways for me to get to lovingly feed him for two straight days while also using his body as a couch, a bed, a pillow. very restorative for both of us
