If half of Bells Hells can understand that it was Otohan and not the sword, I need them to get wise to what's going on with Laudna REAL quick so they can know it's not her, it's Delilah. It's the wielder, not the tool. And Delilah has had decades to shape the perfect tool out of someone who thinks there is absolutely no point fighting back and who only barely, recently sees a reason to try.

the thing is like. There's so many layers to this. So many ways you could read it. And I think more than one of them is right. I can't be the only thing keeping you grounded. If you drift away anyways then that's on me. I want nothing more in this universe than to help you. I have this emotion that is immense and powerful and blinding and it blew up an entire city block but I cannot figure out how to use it to get that influence out of your head. okay following the naming conventions of "factorum malleus" meaning "creator hammer", i think "occultus thalamus" translates roughly to "supernatural chamber" or "mystical chamber"? possibly "divine chamber". something along those lines.

  • advantage on intimidation checks
  • 3 times per long rest, can conjure a screaming spirit within 30 feet that lasts 1 minute. can move it 30 feet on her turn. if the target of a spell is within 5 feet of the spirit, the target has disadvantage on the saving throw. the spirit then vanishes.
