Memories are implemented through buffs and most will unlock more social interactions which can be found in the memory menu. The unlocked social interactions will allow you to celebrate certain memories or vent about certain experiences. You can also celebrate or check in on NPC sims based on their memories when chatting with them.

Menstrual cycles are implemented through buffs and are randomized so there is a chance that sims will not be in sync. You can take care of your sims cycle by using the toilet or clicking on them. If an NPC sim isn’t doing a good job at maintaining their cycle you can give them menstrual products through social interaction or you can click the solve cycle option.

The stylish masks menu mask are selectable stylish masks they are masks that will remain on your face until they are manually removed. They are the only masks that require manual removal. Remove your sims face masks & NPC face masks by clicking on them. Gift/Receive face masks as gifts. (Only available at certain times!) Adds an option to cheat to permanently remove acne. Allows your sims to get injuries while they are away from home. Allows children to have missing teeth when they lose a tooth.
