I keeping thinking this line & how i always feel like CPTSD & other mental illnesses feel like they become part of you in every single way, it floods
through your body, takes over & i always feel like if someone was to cut me open it would be watery black charcoal seeping out
I do this thing when I’m a the beach or in any water and just try to imagine the trauma leaving my body as the tide takes it away or having some space from it and i always picturing just black water around me and the waves taking just black out from me and helping it cleanse me
