Who else remembers watching "Oggy and The Cockroaches" when they were a Kid?

Anyway, I've been an Xilam fan for such a Very Wicked Long Time as this Show was probably one of My Very First Foreign Animation experiences, being on how that it introduce Me Xilam Shows since I have such a care-spree love for Cartoons with Slapstick Humor.

Here are one of my Most Favorite Trios who are On-and-Off Antagonists, The Cockroach Brothers (Dee-Dee, Joey, and Marky).

Meet The Parents of the Main Protagonist of Colorland, Mr. & Mrs. Davis (who their real names are actually "Eric" and "Sharon").

They're basically the Kind of Parents who defiantly need to get their own "Shit Together", especially when they both need on how to live their own lives freely without any Greed after they became completely broken, but are always still there for their own Daughter, Kat (whom they love).

Eric was pretty much a Nerd growing up in his School lives, constantly bullied just because that he's born to be a Nerd and is extremely Different from the rest of the Kids. But he pretty much loves Science and Space growing up, learning about the Evolutions of Species and how Sci-Fi can be True Magic but he was once a Liberian who he retired and decided to find a New Job to look forward to...Until he met Sharon.

Sharon was an extreme "Bad Girl" type, much of a Tomboy whose not like all the Other Girls but was still a Pretty Neat Gal. She loved playing Sports and Exercise but for some reason, when her Exercise and Sports skills came to an End when she suddenly broke her own Cramp (which hurted really bad), so she's a retired sportswoman.

Eric and Sharon somehow met during a Bus Crash Accident when they were both on a Bus as Eric did save Sharon's life from what was going on as they were one of the victors that survived the Terrible Bus Clash when Another Bus Driver (who was completely drunk) didn't know where he was riding too. Although Eric looked pretty worried at first when He met a Strong Former Sportswoman as he awkwardly causally kept seeing her and decided to hang out with her on a Personal Date. Although Sharon didn't seem to mind him but she didn't really love/like him at first until sometime when both grew fond of each other, they eventually fell in love.

Soon after their Marriage, they ended up having Kat. Life was pretty simple when it came for a Time for being Parents to a Daughter through a Loving Family. But that all changed when Eric met a Strange Man who he'd award him for a Big Boat that would take his own Family out traveling through the Waters if Eric were to give all of his Money to Him. Lost in a Dilemma to make his own Family smile, Eric agreed. Only what he didn't know was that the Boat that the said Scammer gave to him turned out to be a Fraud when it was a Broken Fake Boat and that all of the Money that they had was now completely stolen. As it turned out, this Whole Money for a Boat Thing really had turned out to be a Big Huge Manipulated Scam as Eric had been robbed completely blind this whole time.

When Sharon felt furious by this Trick when all of their own Money was gone as they had 0 Price, they decide to split apart and figure out on how to get their own Money back after a Big Huge Argument, thus, Sharon had to take Kat with her.

Despite all of the Mess that they've caused, Kat still really loved her parents but she's so deep down disappointed in them, she wishes she could've had give them a better life.

If I gain this series more Characters for Sequel ideas, I'll probably give Kat's Parents to reunite a Happy Life again somehow.

Meet the Titular Main Protagonist of My Colorland series, Katherine Davis. Also known as "Kat", in both Real World (Human) and Colorland (Cat) form. She is rather a Snarky, Mischievous, Imaginative, and an Insecure Girl, who often wishes to have a Happy Normal Life like the Old Days of her Family, but she can also be quite Smart and Friendly.

Katherine and her Family once lived Happily together in their own Apartment when she was around a Baby but when things soon turn around when Kat was around 12, her own Father was manipulated in a Scam to buy a New Boat (which caused the Entire Family to be Bankrupt), thus, Kat's parents divorced (who she now lives with her Mother but she still has enough clothes to herself that her Mother bought for her) and she's pretty much the Outcast Girl of her own School (her target bully is a Spoiled Rich Girl by the name, Mary-Ann Galizia.

All of that is about to change for Kat's life for she discovers a Magical World filled with Wonders and Joy (after chasing down a Fox that lead into a Haunted House), when she is transformed into an Anthro Cat, Kat then goes on a Journey (along with her Friends from the Other World) to collect the Shards of the Rainbow Crystal and stop Dr. Monochrome from taking over the World.

So if you're one of the Many People who follow Me, you'll know that I've created my own Personal Bully Character for my own Rudolph Adaptation Project. Welp, here he is. Just as I've been doubting on what the Son of Blitzen would even look like but after sketching it out and even coloring it, so far, this is the True Concept on how I imagine my own Antagonistic Reindeer character would be.

Meet Storm, one of the Yearlings of one of the Reindeer of Santa Claus (Blitzen) as well as an Arch-Rival to Rudolph. Inspired by the Character from the 1998 Version, Arrow. Those who have seen the Famous Rankin Bass version might very unfamiliar towards the Underrated Goodtimes version (to those who haven't seen nor never watched the 90s version), specifically being very unfamiliar on who this "Arrow" is that I speak of that this Character of Mine is based on within Another (yet, Obscure) Adaptation.

If you're "Half" the kind of Christmas Movie fan that's unaware of the Lost Media of Christmas films out there or to those who have a Lost Memory in case if any of y'all have at least seen the Goodtimes version in your own Childhoods, I'll give you guys some brief info of where my own Character draws from;

Arrow is a Cousin to Rudolph (specifically in that version where Rudolph is Blitzen's Son, Cupid, Comet, and Dasher are Rudolph's Uncles/Blitzen's Brothers as Arrow is the Son of Cupid). He basically constantly bullies his own Cousin because of his Red Nose at School just to ridicule Rudolph, but only then that it's confirmed that there's a Love Triangle between The Two Cousins over one Doe that being Zoey (not "Clarice" like in the R/B version). In addition to this Original Character's lore, at the Reindeer Games, when Rudolph's Nose glows (only to cause Arrow and the Other Reindeer to go blind and lost the game), Arrow is crowned champ & for some reason, Zoey breaks up with him after all of these years somehow (causing his own Cousin to go off on a Lost Journey where his Ex-Girlfriend had to find him).

Now while I do think that the idea of a Love Triangle for a Character within the Trope of The Ugly Duckling sounds very Interesting, the Writing behind the OG Love Triangle is such a confusing mess that I personally think it could've been done better. I don't wish to spoil every much detail of that version but given on how that Goodtimes Entertainment is a Dead Company, only to be infamously known that their own personal Adaptations are only infamously known to be "Bootlegs", I don't personality understand nor why people would randomly call a Non-Disney adaptation of a Famous Old Story a "Knock-Off" just because of the Cheap Animation that almost looks similar to your average run-of-the-mill Decade 2D Animated Film. Though, one thing that I will have to admit is how some of their adaptations can be poorly written or just left explain as the '98 does have a lot of its problems than the '64 one.

(Seriously, you need to look up on how that their Movies are so comparable to Disney's).

Granted, I KNOW for a fact that the '64 definitely didn't aged well either, but in regards, I wouldn't even want to come close as to wanting to call the '98 version "Problematic", it's just suffers from most of Goodtimes' writing and so many Interesting concepts were left out on what could've been.

Without any further, here is some brief info about my Personal Rival Character;

Storm is the Son of Blitzen and Pele, as well as The Youngest Brother of Lighting.. He is a Braggart whose shown to be Misogynistic, Arrogant, Overconfident, and Narcissistic whose shown to be within of a more "Bad Boy" type as he tends to prove willingly that he's strong enough to pull Santa's sleigh someday in order to follow and take over his own Father's hooves. He's also very envious as he shown to be very jealous of Rudolph. Deep down, outside of his Mean-Spirited Nature, he's shown to be passionate and loyal enough for his Father in order to improve himself that he can be complex when it comes to his practice towards his Flying Skills.

He somewhat holds an Platonic Interest towards Ava as he likes to tease her just for giggles (though No Romantic Affection is shown as to why he likes her), but he desires to have her and other yearlings be on his Future Team for someday when they fly the Sleigh as The Next Generation of Santa's Reindeer to gain his Father's legacy and prove that he can actually be the lead Reindeer of his own herd.

When Rudolph came to class for the very first time, Storm recognized his Red Nose as he began to make fun of it (causing the Other Yearlings to ridicule him), making Poor Rudolph to cry. However, when Ava came and took Rudolph in her own Friend Group, Storm somewhat became jealous of Rudolph that he took one of the Yearlings off his own future team. Although He didn't seem to care about Ava's own herd anyways, since the Reindeer Bully had to look for New Yearlings for Special Teammates in order to produce a "Friend" Group of his own Herd to start a Bully Posse.

When the Day that the Reindeer Games came, Storm and his own Group rivaled against Other Yearling Teams (including Rudolph's) as The Reindeer Games only had about 5 Teams of their own Herds. But Storm and his Herd were a Match against Rudolph's, beating every level that the Naughty Reindeer Posse could just so that they could afford to win an award of their own. During the Final Showdown, when Storm was about to beat the Very Last Level of the Games, Storm instantly threw dust into Rudolph's eyes, causing his Nose to blast a huge glow (which made Storm's final award to be ruined) as everyone else was very shocked to see Rudolph's shining nose.

This huge level failure caused Storm to be angered and even more envious for he wanted to get revenge on the Reindeer for doing so on what he did to him in the Games.

On a regular basis of a day, He and his Group pretends that they've completely reformed for themselves as Storm (lyingly) apologizes to Rudolph of what he did to him of all these years of ridiculing. Believing in Storm's lie, Storm then leads Rudolph the way (along with his troops) into a long walk through the Forest away from Christmas Town. Confused about where they're at now, Storm instantly pushes Rudolph off of a small cliff as he lands on the Ground hurt which soon reveals the hidden dark truth as Storm and his Gang leave him to rot alone in the Forest.

Throughout the Story, Storm sures himself not be worried about anything if his Father were to find out the Truth about Rudolph or else, he won't get any presents for Christmas as he keeps his own Truth to be hidden while Rudolph and Ava (who are split apart by their own Groups) are still out there looking for each other.

Near the end of the Story, when everyone found out about where Rudolph was all along throughout that Crazy Snow Storm, Blitzen was extremely pissed and disappointed in his Son for not telling the truth all along that he left Rudolph out there in the Woods, when Storm tried to convinced his Father not to ground him and swear that he'll change for the better, he was then punished to be on the Naughty List as he was not allowed to get Presents this Year as Storm would then for now on have to face his own actions for his consequences after when Christmas was over.

In an early concept when creating this Character, I was originally going to name him "Spike" (to try rhythming it with "Blitzen") but then I realize that the first name itself had absolutely nothing to do with the common nature of Blitzen (but I also realize on how stupid the name was and how it was often more of a Dog's name rather than an Reindeer name), so I instantly switched it to a much and more fitting name to suit within of a Spawn of a Particular Folk Figure's Meaning behind the Name itself.

Considering that the Broadway Musical of Andrew Lloyd Webber's "The Phantom of The Opera had already ended its performance last year, I've recently dug out to what happens to be (if not) the Most Obscure Phantom Adaptation ever that's more drawn to inspiration rather than an Adaptation titled, "A Monster In Paris". Why hardly known as the "Less Phantom Adaptation" ever? Well, you see, it's mainly one of those Both Original/Inspired Adaptational Story that does quite have a few of its similarities from Gaston Leroux's work (compare with Most Famous Inspirational Adaptational-Based Films like with The Lion King (Hamlet) and even Frozen (The Snow Queen)). Anyways, yes, I am one of the few people who do consider this Film as a Phantom Adaptation despite many of its Changes from the Source Material, but it still felt a bit more of a Comedic version of the Horror Story itself (much like with Rocket Pictures' Gnome version of One of the Famous Shakespeare Tragedies, "Romeo and Juliet"). Though, like with "Gnomeo and Juliet", it did flesh-out more of the Characters' Personalities and did clean out most of the Dark stuff as it does play out as a Friendly Version of My Most Favorite Gothic Horror Novel of all time. Here I drew Lucille and Francoeur together, because while if rather not if I do like this Ship or Not, I consider their own Relationship more as a Platonic version of the Death/Maiden trope (that, or because maybe I just have no idea rather or not if Francoeur is already supposed to be an Anthro, despite being an Insect). Side Note; I am Perfectly Fine with Human/Anthro pairs.

But also, Another sidenote; Did you know that this Movie was directed by one of the Few Folks that made "Shark Tale"? 🤡 Lucille and Francoeur (c) Bibo Films

Just a simple drawing from one of the Musicals in the Mixture Style of My Own and the Show's version featuring my own Personal Re-Design of Lilli.

Since after I did my own optional designs for Lilli, I was originally going for the 2nd one but I got some Tag Comments on this Art Blog saying on how that the 3rd design suits her even more and when I re-looked at one of my optional designs, I realize on how much that the Ballerina one suits her even way more than the Last Two so yeah, this is a true official design for My Lilli redesign.

Though, granted, I was originally going to draw my own personal interpretations of them together but seeing on how I wanted to draw Tabaluga's canon look, I went with their Canon designs rather than my own Fanon designs as I truly wanted to know on how Canon! Tabaluga would really look in my own artstyle and yeah, at this point, I think I nailed it completely compare to my own artstyle of Arktos.

Now, like I said, I wish I could often understand a certain foreign language as I don't specifically understand German (hence, that's why I tried to watch the Musicals) but I always truly wanted to see a scene of Tabaluga and Lilli's love song together ever since I've been listening to one of its Songs (despite again, not Me learning about German) but since I got really extremely pissed that the Mackenzie Ziegler version of the Movie had to cut that off (since I couldn't stand that I had to get through literally every Damn Add on Amazon through Freevee) because from what I've heard, it was one of those Beautiful Songs from the Franchise that's very important to both the Romance and their own Arc.

Luckily, the Kristin Fairlie version is still out there on the Internet Archive (which does kept that scene very well), so hopefully that helps a lot for this Beautiful Song from its Musical that I highly recommend y'all check it out to listen to if you're the kind of person who enjoys some Sweet Classic Love Songs.

Anyway, considering that it's been stated these Two Lovebirds share a Star-Crossed Love between their own People (with their own Fathers having an Extreme Hate feud), and even them being a Beauty and the Beast type-pairing...I happened to be a Huge Sucker for both of these Tropes. Why? Because I can, lol.

Been discovering some Piece of Lost Media of a Show that features an Unlikely Trio of Three Anthropomorphic Animals who work as Police Officers called "Patrol 03" and it's a French Cartoon since I've been digging up some unlikely Foreign Cartoons that are underneath the internet's buried treasure.

I've found out that this Show has so many dubs (but some of them are completely lost) but the English Dub is extremely rare considering that the US Dub has only Four Episodes which is such a huge crime to Me because as someone who's also foreign as well, I often do wish to understand a certain foreign language that I still wish to understand (as says to someone whose got like Three Nations). Basically, the Concept of the Show is about a Trio of Police Officers raging into Three Different Animal Species (A Basset Hound named "Shorty", a Rat named "Wilfred" and a Supposed Artic Fox named "Carmen") (set within the Furry World) solving Crimes & Mysteries about their own City that they all live in, in order to prove themselves for the Police Department, only then, does it feature a Sub-Plot about a Corrupt Chief Policewoman who wants to overthrow the Mayor and become The New Mayor.

I dunno just on how or wonder why I did found this but I feel as if though that this show would've had the potential to get its own Reboot. Especially on how its one of those Soft 2000s cartoons before when Furries became even more cooler.

I've rewatched "Song of The Sea" yesterday and it has been so long since I've grew up with Cartoon Saloon in my Childhood (along with Studio Ghibli), even long before y'all heard of "Wolfwalkers".

And of course, because of how so Sorrowful and Beautiful it was when it came to one of my First Exposures about Celtic Mythos (that or maybe because I adore Folklore-based Movies a whole lot). But also of note, I really liked the whole concept behind this film for how it was build after being inspired by the Legends of Selkies (those Merfolk-type creatures that are Seals who usually take the form of a Woman like any other Mythical Creature would do like Kitsunes for instance).

But regardless, I was often glad that I always grew up knowing the Many Different Types of Merfolks including that Mer-Seal species.

Here, I drew Bronagh and Saoirse in their Seal Forms together because given on how that they're canonically Mother and Daughter, I find it obvious on how they're together in the Last Minutes of the Film but somehow, Bronagh chose her real home where her Daughter had to stay with their Family (shame to see on how Mother and Daughter have always splitted apart but will always forever will be connected no matter the cost), here, I wanted to do a drawing of them swimming with each other.

(I maybe sick but at least I can still do do some Artwork, even though my Allergies are still bothering Me.)

Seeing on how that I've been in such a Tabaluga hyperfixation, I wanted to do a few personal redesigns of Arktos' Daughter which resulted in a Number of Three (inspired by someone else's version). Granted, The First one was my First Redesign when I drew Lilli with her Father (even after doing some personal interpretation of the Tabaluga cast in my own style last year) but I felt like wanting to draw some better optional outfits to suit her if I'm not gonna get used to the first one.

I also wanted to batch in each of the Different Princess Crown design on her Head if Arktos is the one who always wears a Hat (but it's still often questionable if his Eyes are meant to be on his Hat or Not). Now, the First Crown obviously stays the same but the Other Two are completely the same (just in a different shape or form). I mainly took the inspiration behind those designs raging from Wendy Darling (from "Peter Pan"), Princess Irene (from "The Princess and The Goblin"), and even lastly a Ballerina-inspired based dress (considering on how much Lilli was meant to be sculpted as a Ballerina).

Personally, I like the Second One a lot more but the Third One is Good, if I'd had to pick either of the options, I'd probably would use it later as a Final Design to consider.

So recently, I have finally seen the 1991 Foreign Animated Adaptation of George MacDonald's "The Princess and The Goblin" and it was pretty interesting to say the least. Luckily, I have the Japanese edition of the Original Book as I have been recently reading the Original Source Material lately. While that the Movie did kept some of its Elements from the Book, it did had its own Minor changes in the film that I wouldn't dare want to spoil much to anyone who hasn't seen nor read both.

While that it's confirmed that Irene's biological Mother (who would've been called "Queen Mama") is Dead, I felt like wanting to draw out a little HC between Her and her Mother (before the Queen passed away).

I HC that Irene was often more of a Mommy's Little Girl and that she'd spent a lot of time with her own Mother ever since she came into the World (long before her Great-Great Grandmother would guide her), but when the Queen got very sick at some point, she tragically passed away before when Irene turned Eight as things were a bit hard later in life since the King would always have his Royal Subjects (including both the Servants) to be in charge to look out for his Daughter, even Lootie would then later on become Irene's Main Maid as she would look out for her as always just like her Mother.

I sorta did Re-Design the Mom for a bit to make her more slightly older, giving on how that there was a Portrait between Irene's Parents (which makes Me believe that was a portrait of Them together when they were Young before they had their own Heir to the Throne).

I have recently watched the Most Messiest Fairy Tale Crossover Adaptation in all of its Existence made by the Same Company who did their Adaptation of My Recent Favorite German Franchise called "The Magic Riddle" and despite the film's huge wasted potential of going back and forth every single time, all of its Characters are the Only Ones that I liked about the Movie (even some of them can be a bit Annoying) but my god, was this film such an Interesting Acid Trip.

So while this Film's Target comparison has always been "Shrek" because of the idea of Fairy Tale crossovers, though one thing's for sure is how that this Movie came out 1 Year after the Original Shrek book (which in the Original Story behind one of the Most Successful franchises that we all know as of Today, the Real Shrek was never really a Fairy Tale crossover in the First Place as The Magic Riddle had its own Fairy Tale story despite mostly being its own Cinderella adaptation within a Crossover before "Happily N'Ever After" did it).

Technically, I don't blatantly understand why this Film gets compared to Shrek a whole lot, when there had already been Fairy Tale Crossovers or Ones that took place in a Modern setting, way long before Shrek was even born (I mean, "Into The Woods" or the 70s Donkeyskin Adaptation, anyone?). Still doesn't help the fact that a whole lot of people seem to keep forgetting Into The Woods' existence that the DreamWorks' Shrek actually took the inspiration from (Not putting my own Hate towards the DreamWorks Franchise nor the Book, I'm just showing my own personal stance).

So yeah, because despite this Film's Gigantic Clusterfuck of a Messy Plot that feels so much like Shakespeare's "A Midsummer Night's Dream" but with Fairy Tales, I will admit that this film could've had a much better plot convenience if it wasn't so confusing with its Beautiful Foreign Traditional Animation coming from the same Company behind Famous Australian Kids shows based off of Old Children's Books, this Movie did try its own best but at least it's still a cult classic much of its own.

But I gotta admit one thing, despite this Mashup Adaptation of the Cinderella Fairy Tale being a Confusing Mess, this version of their Cinderella character is really Pretty (both Her Design and her Style is Really Adorable) & since I just couldn’t get enough of her Gorgeous style, I’ve decided to create my own personal re-interpretation of her Ballroom dress from the Movie because I didn’t like on how so cheap and lazy it was all for a simple *Insert Fairy Tale Joke Reference Here*, despite Cindy and her Prince’s Romance being Bland, I really really WISH the Movie could've handled their own Relationship much better and not have them fall in love quick.

So I’ve decided to make her own Ballroom dress a Flower themed while also making it close to how I would view the Real Cinderella’s ballroom dress from the Fairy Tale. Had to do a lot of Changing but it was kinda hard to interpret this but then I finally managed to get it over with as I liked how it turned out to be. Especially for a Pretty Interesting Lead Character in a Bad/Neutral Fairy Tale Movie.

But also of note, I feel like this Movie kinda deserves a Huge Fanbase with Big Rewrites like with Disney’s Wish.

The Crossover that a lot of People didn't know if they asked for it. From what we have here is Lucky and Zorba and Sam and Pattie from "Argonuts/Epic Tails".

If I had a nickel for everytime that I'd watch a Foreign Animated Film where the Dynamic would be a Responsible Cat Dad raising their own Foster Child (who is in the Opposite Prey Species) and it's both Heartbreaking and Emotional in every tear, I'd have Two Nickels.

Which isn't a lot but it's Weird it happened Twice.
