tf rollback prowl is so funny because he’s the reason the main plot of the show happens now that im thinking about it- he’s the reason the characters are on earth. he fucks up so much shit in the 20 seconds of screen time he has before dying badly.

these segments. are just so much all at once.

okay land of lustrous has been defeated. overall I think im just confused. i feel like…. look i know it was only 12 epeisodes and I know nothing of its development or manga. but as just a tv show. I feel like it did nothing. had a LOT of interesting concepts- something I wish they did more with was phos and their losing their memories they just forgot jade and they don’t really touch on it much beyond that. I feel like they dropped the “encyclopedia” thing really fast. I feel like phos had a really fast character arc. I also feel confused on why like….. only a few characters have “powers” - cinnabar and phos… but no one else can do anything particularly special? in that regard. they were also juggling too many characters. I wish they focused on a core set for phos to develop in relation to; they sorta did but sorta didn’t.

I feel like nothing really happened? I know the cliffhanger is sensei and his relationship to the lunarians. and phos sorta got a job for cinnabar. but it feels very full circle in an unsatisfying way.

idk it mainly just confuses me.

i like the concepts going on here I just think it could have been better executed.

okay wait im confused they said that the gem people could use their hair to fill holes and chips and stuff which is why phos cut their hair. so im confused why they don’t do that for Padparadscha since they have A LOT of “hair”
