Bean and Bark! Punchline (and his half sister Noel) are following in their parents' footsteps and acting as their era's Hooligans! As a team of two instead of three, you may think they'd be a little less of a menace - but the fact that they're fully competent and able to work together without arguing really works in their favour.

i like to think punchline would, as with his default powers, use the ability to go super solely for a bit - but i do think they'd get a bit more menacing than his usual go-to bits. there's just something a bit more ... uncanny about the turns it can take.
