Um. What? Okay, so, time to watch The Librarians. I love the movies that preceded it, but I never watched the tv show. No idea why. Time to get on that, because I can't wait to watch the spinoff if it's written by Sean and Sinead Persaud!!

Sean and Sinead are not the only writers on the new series, but they were in the room and they will have their own episode!

WHAT IS THE DEAL WITH THE TROUSERS??!?!!?!?

sorry. uh. I'm kind of losing it over these silly goofy background goobers. I recently rewatched Headless and am thinking about them a lot. I want to know more about them, about what they know, about whatever is going on with Trevor, about how the promotional photos implied that they had a cult.

a moment that's stuck with me since I rewatched Headless was a bit in one of the commercials, the one for the half baked bakery. when Eugene replies to Trevor saying that he wasn't believing in himself with "yeah, great call. we weren't either!" and Trevor just kinda. idk how to describe it, but it's a change from what we've seen from him every other time. if we believe that Trevor is 14, it's really cruel to tell a kid that you don't believe in them. so that's a thing.

a thing from one of the other commercials- the popcorn tea shoppe. you can see Ramona mouthing the lines as Trevor says them, and I also don't know how to describe that, but there's something in her expression that just seems a bit... off

idk. maybe I'm overthrowing these background characters. maybe they're just normal guys. or maybe there's something else going on under it all.

I fucking love the shipwrecked comedy side of this fandom. It's a lot smaller than the tcb/starkid fandoms but it's so fun and nice and everyone is so talented and cool. Being around while Headless was coming out was so fun and while i honestly still haven't finished the greater gatsby, it's still so cool to see everyone's fanworks...

headless is genuinely one of my favorite pieces of media ever. it's made more special because I've watched it with my mom, and she really liked it. I find the humor in it charming, the plotlines entertaining, and I can think of a character I don't like or at least don't find interesting. I'm so happy that it exists.

We watched the Shipwrecked Reads stream of Clueless last night, and I just want to give a moment of appreciation for Tara Perry. She is the absolute MVP of every Shipwrecked script reading I've seen her in: from her Miss Geist in Clueless to playing George Eliot and Dash in the Switcheroos, she always comes in hot and puts her whole face into the part. Honestly? A legend.
