Monday Recipe - Pumpkin Curry Soup

Ingredients
1 portion Vegetables (pumpkin, diced up and spring onions sliced)
50ml vegetable broth
Curry powder
Turmeric
Salt
1 portion grain mix
1/3 red chili pepper cut into thin rings
Instructions
Cut up the pumpkin flesh into small cubes (Do not use the seeds.) and place it into the pot with the vegetable broth. Bring the mixture to a boil and then turn the heat to medium. Add curry powder, Turmeric, and salt and then leave the ingredients to cook.
In a pan (without fat) heat the grain mixture until roasted and set aside.
Put the spring onions and the chili rings into the soup and let it warm. After approximately ten minutes serve topped with the roasted grains.
