We have Ph.D.’s in Counselor Education and Supervision. We are both Assistant Professors of Counseling and in private practice. We do clinical work, teach at the graduate level, supervise graduate level clinicians, conduct research on the therapeutic relationship, and have edited, contributed to, and co-authored several counseling books (some you use in your classes!). We have created this blog for the purposes of self-care. The only way to cope with studying the human condition for us is humor.
