#1: Dunsparce
There is nothing good about Dunsparce. It has tiny wings, but can’t fly. It learns garbage moves, has garbage stats, doesn’t evolve, looks stupid, and is actually extremely rare in Gen II games. Why would you ever make a super rare Pokemon suck so bad? There is literally no redeeming quality about this Pokemon at all.
