We’re looking into a problem with our Manchester, UK servers and have raised a problem ticket with our data centre.
10:48 BST/GMT+1 - our data centre have confirmed a problem with a PDU which has affected our rack space. We’re working to understand the impact (network vs power) and expeceted downtime.
11:02 BST/GMT+1 - our data centre are continuing to restore service which we now understand has affected both power and network connectivity.
11:04 BST/GMT+1 - service has been restored, we’ll be reaching out to our data centre to find out what went wrong and why.
