How can I motivate myself to be more social and get out of the house when my dysphoria is so bad that I don't want to do anything?

Plan out what you would like to do. Start off with places you like the most or feel most comfortable going to, maybe it’s going to the mall or going to a restaurant, maybe it’s just a small walk. You don’t have to go alone if you don’t want to! If you have friends you want to hang out with, you could invite them to go along. They might make you feel more at ease and more comfortable. On the way to where ever you’re going, you could listen to your favorite music. Do what makes you feel good- wear an outfit that you feel best in, do your hair how you like it, and if you have plans made and are waiting to leave or get picked up, you can write or draw how you’re feeling. When you return home, you can do it again and compare! I hope this helps. Have fun, and enjoy yourself. I’m wishing you the best of luck!
