Would someone get better surgery results if they got top surgery when they're already on T as opposed to before? (With Garramone in mind) Thank you!

gendercube:

Not necessarily, no. It’s recommended that you have surgery after testosterone so that the pectoral muscles have a better chance of being developed, but it’s not necessary. Pectoral muscles can be built up pre-T as well, it just takes a little more work. To explain, most surgeons try to place the incision along this muscle so that it blends into the shape of the body more naturally, therefore helping to disguise the scar. Having this muscle more developed allows them to more clearly see the shape of the muscle on your body since everyone’s body is different.

Note that not all people on T have a lot of muscles, so this aesthetic difference may not even apply in some cases, like mine- I don’t lift or anything so I don’t have defined pec muscles even though I’m on T and had top surgery.
