This finale makes no fucking sense…
First, where did the plot point “The Prescott Family’s destiny” ends up to ? Nothing, freakin’ nothing ! It was useless, the fate they let to Nathan was needlessly harsh and i’m still not happy about that !
Second, Life is Strange is the story of Chloe. Not Max, Chloe. Chloe who has to learn to let go of the ones she loved and who died. Her father, Rachel and then, it should have been Max. That’s it, that’s the big choice and it’s not supposed to be in the hands of Max, it should have been Chloe !
Throughout the game, we made choices, we took decisions and it should have built up that ending. Like, the choice of Chloe to accept the sacrifice of Max or just saying Fuck to Arcadia Bay would have depend of the choices we made during the entire game. Accept to let her loved ones go or just say fuck to everyone else. It should never have been Max’s choice.
Our choices mattered, bullshit ! I’m calling it bullshit ! Everything was good until that point and they fucked it up !
Sorry, i’m just very sad, very angry and very disappointed…
I don’t know how to feel about these endings… Fuck, i hate the fact that they handled Nathan’s case so bad. He’s sick, he doesn’t need to go to jail, he needs help, why do they have to treat him like that ? Because he’s mentally unstable, he doesn’t deserve a bit of redemption ? Thanks a lot, DONTNOD, i feel so much better about myself and all the freakin’ things that i do because i’m mentally ill. I know now that i need to be punished for it…
And this choice about Arcadia or Chloe is bullshit. I think it would have been better if Max has to chose about sacrificing herself or Arcadia Bay. It would have made so much freakin’s sense ! She’s the one who has the time travel power, who went through that guilt trip, who’s the cause of everything. Nope, not buying it. The episode was fuckin’ great until that last part and now, i don’t know what to think about it… Geez…
Am i the only one who thinks that the homeless Lady could be an old Rachel or an old Max from a different timeline ? Heck, she’s weird…
